How cool is this? Neat idea! I especially like the drink recipes…lol
Lots of good ideas. I like the one with the bacon and goat cheese also the mac and cheese. I’m always a big fan of taking somthing healthy and adding lots of yummy stuff to it. Like salad the more “stuff” the better. :+)
I’m not a fan of raw apples, maybe it’s the crunch I don’t like. I do love them cooked. My grandma used to cook apples for us for breakfast. Some of these ideas sound really good.
I will be trying some of these!
Made todays suggestion…apple chips. They’re alright I guess if you like dried apples. The salt seems to bring out the apple flavor. good snack

We used Regent apples. Let me know what you thought of them! I think ours needed to cook a little bit longer
I used Haralson’s and they tasted great, but I think they need to cook longer than an hour, too. They were still fleshy. I skipped the salt b/c it didn’t taste very good to me!
