    I think this picture is been modified. The umbrellas were there and then the sign has been added to the foto :-)

    This cracks me up. It’s like when you see all kinds of “No Parking Anytime” signs and people are just dropping someone off or running into the store for a “second.” Like it’s okay for “them” to park there but nobody else.
