I went through these and wasn’t going to post this but I found a few of them that really sound good and I love new shrimp and fish recipes so go through them if you want to. Some of them sound downright weird but others sound good to me and I’ll try them.
“Delicious, diet-friendly dishes that are heavy on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains—and light on calories and fat.”
From Oprah

That’s Great I’ll have to check the link out. I’m hoping maybe to change my ways a little bit. We have been eatting way too much comfort food here lately. I think it’s because we just moved here and it’s a little stressful, hard to make new friends. It’s hard because people say how nice people are here, weve been here since August. I’m a little home sick I guess. Oh well.
I think we all eat a lot more “comfort food” in the winter when it’s cold. Don’t you? For Paul’s birthday we ate “summer” food and it was so good. We had dogs, burgers and brats and a bunch of salads. It was such a nice change from the roasts, potatoes and gravy.
Yes, I agree the cold Winter months it is easier to eat comfort foods. I actually like cooking in the Winter heating the house up is OK not like in the Summer when you don’t want to use the oven as much.
Oy. Does it drive anybody else crazy that the entire page reloads every time you click the “next” button??? Anyway…
Some of those recipes looked interesting – mostly the shrimp ones. I’d have to remove the grains, though, since I’m *trying* to eat better and lose a LOT of weight, and I’ve been leaning toward a more “Paleo” diet system. It seems to work well for me.
That’s the only reason I hate posting these things from Oprah. That and the ads every three recipes. But I thought a few of these were worth the pain in the arse.
