County Fair is the church stand cheeseburgers. State Fair, well it’s been a few yrs since I went but had the Sweet Martha cookies, tried some Alligator on a stick, & the corn on the cob
French fries. Corn dogs. Cheese curds. Taco’s.

And expensive! Holy smokes! I do love the milkshakes, too.
Cheese curds are a must. I also love a good fair burger, with fried onions. Mmmm I also love the gyro’s.
It’s hard to say. There’s SO MUCH food at our State Fair, and the times I’ve been there, it’s been so bloody hot, that the best thing I had was a bowl of cold, fresh fruit. I know, how boring is that?? But dang, it tasted good. As much as I had been looking forward to things like fries and cheese curds, it was just too hot to do anything deep-fried.
That ice cold milk it good too.
