  1. SKL says:

Mother Teresa, the Buddha, Mohammad Ali, Cat Stevens (Yusuf Islam), Condoleeza Rice, Christopher Columbus, Albert Einstein . . . .

  2. Alexa says:

Hmmmm… person? I guess that would be Abraham Lincoln.

  3. nikki says:

Audrey Hepburn, all of her struggles, triumphs and romances! Wow what a life she lead.

  4. Joy says:

Jacquelyn Kennedy Onassis, Mary Queen of Scots, Leonardo De Vinci

  5. Karen Joy says:

My Moms(wish she would have had one).

  6. Joy says:

After I put in my comment I thought about it more and I would like to read my Grandma Froom’s. Not that she had one but I sure wish she would have.

Yea, Karen, thanks for coming 🙂

  7. tessa says:

Hey, the greats like the Buddha-or Dalai Lama put it all out there- they have many great books!!

    I would read….

    My dad’s

  8. Mary says:

Eleanor Roosevelt (we share a birthday), Dave Matthews, Trent Reznor . . . I’m sure there are others I’d like to read, but nothing’s coming to me at the moment. Don’t you like how some of us ignored the “just one” rule implied in your question?

  9. pam says:

My Grandma Froom. That would be awesome to read her thoughts and feelings. She was all the things you read in cards on grandmas and more. Now that I am a nana of two,I want them to have only good and funny memories of me(there nana).

  10. Joy says:

Yes Mary, a lot of us broke the “one” rule. Aren’t we a bunch of rebels??? 🙂

  11. SKL says:

I read the post very carefully and the word “one” wasn’t in there. I was so glad, as that actually made it possible for me to answer the question, for a change.

I know the Buddha and Dalai Lama and all have written books, many of which I’ve read, but what I’d like to know is what they DIDN’T put out there for the whole world to see. I feel those unspoken thoughts can really give perspective to all the rest. Especially considering that most of those well-known books have undergone sweeping edits by people with an agenda.

I probably should have added Jesus to the list. I’d love to see how HE would have written the Gospel with his own pen.
