stand up for yourself, no one else will.
To be kind and compassionate, that’s it. The world would be so much better off if we we where nicer to one another.
No matter what you do or what happens to you, have a positive attitude.
That’s all a person needs to get through life (or at least the first thing they need)
Eric 🙂
Love starts with yourself.
Stand up for himself.
I am going to go with “Treat others as you would want to be treated.” I see so many parents being holier than thou and stuck up around their kids and what is that teaching them? Our kids are taught to be nice to everyone no matter what their socioeconomic status, race, religion, etc. and I think that is one of the most important things that I was taught as a child.
You must have read my mind when you wrote this!!! Two weeks ago at work we had this conversation and I said that I hope my kids grow up to be polite and kind people because there are so many who think the world owes them everything on a silver platter and that rudeness is better than kindness.
To be kind and to help when others need it because some day you will need a hand and you’ll be glad to have that payback. I guess it’s the same as “treat others.”
Like some others, Nice guys finish last, stand up for yourself. Nobody else will.
