I don’t think so – but I have written lots of poems and songs about others!

My middle-school gym teacher inspired my own version of “Tragedy” (by the Bee Gees), for example.

I wrote some more serious stuff about my kid sister and some about myself (does that count??).

It’s been a long time since I did any of that kind of writing. I am not sure why. I got a life, maybe? Or because I went into number-oriented jobs? I’d love to start again if I could. I’d write something about my kids.

Nope but there’s a movie named after me LOL!

  4. Joy says:

Yes. A song, it was called Pennies From Heaven

  5. The reverse, I was named after the song “Maria Elena” (Elena was my middle name growing up.) My first name was Diane, and though there is a song “Smile for me, my Diane” I was named after my aunt.

    Um, no. Thank goodness!

Not too my knowledge, and if there is I probably don’t want to know about it! 🙂

That is my favorite song from him Joy, special meaning it was also played when Jason and I got married:) I have a whole notebook of poems written about me…that’s how Jason won my heart.

  9. Christine says:

No I have not but if I ever did I would think that is the sweetest thing ever!

  10. Jane says:

Other than “Roses are Red” blah, blah, blah, no I haven’t but I would find it very sweet.

  11. Jane says:

Sue, why would you say that? Just wondering.
