I always wanted to have six. I’m pretty sure that’s not going to happen at this point . . . two seems just right at my age.

At age 19, I had picked out 6 full (first & middle) names for boys and 6 for girls – just so I’d be ready for any combination – though I always hoped to have at least 2 girls before any boys . . . .

My Bailey says he wants only one. His reason…he doesn’t want to hear them fight and you almost always get all of your mom and dads time. Typical answer from an only child I think.
My daycare boy Bailey says 2 so they don’t get bored

Well I always wanted a large family and we are now having child number 3. If we are privilaged to have 4 then that would be great. But I think 4 is where we will stick.

  4. Tosha says:

I don’t remember ever really wanting children.. When I was a teenager I worked in a daycare and swore after that I’d NEVER EVER EVER have kids..LOL Taylor kinda changed my mind

  5. SKL says:

My oldest brother swore he would only have one. And he did. But he also had 3 step kids, and halfway raised at least one of his 6 step grandkids. And he tried for more of his own, but it didn’t work out. I always laugh because the guy who wanted a simple life with one kid brings a trail of over 10 “kids” to every family gathering.

  6. Joy says:

I only wanted two and that’s what I got.

  7. Jane says:

Dylan says one brother and one sister like we have now! Oh, that’s cute.

  8. Candi says:

I have 3, I would love to have another, but I really do not want to go through the hard 9 months, but it has been on my mind for awhile.

  9. Olivia: 4 children, and I will love them very very much.
