I think my all time favorite show growing up was The Wonder Years. I also loved Silver Spoons, Alf, Full House, Mama’s Family. There’s so many why did I pick this question???/

  2. Joy says:

I couldn’t miss the Brady Bunch. I liked Love American Style and the Carol Burnett Show, The Partridge Family, Bonanza, Hollywood Squares….I can’t just pick one either!!!

  3. Jane says:

I almost hate to admit this but I loved The Dukes Of Hazard! Knight Rider, Greatest American Hero and Full House.

  4. SKL says:

The Little Rascals! (Especially the oldest ones – the “Our Gang” ones were kinda cheesy.)

I could not STAND the Brady Bunch. We had the most kids of anyone in our neighborhood (eventually 6, just like them) and from our perspective, the Brady Bunch was so unrealistic and cheesy. Not ONCE did anyone’s eyeballs get scratched out or anything normal like that.

And not to be Mary Quite Contrary, but I could not stand the Dukes of Hazzard either. I never understood why anyone would like it or how it got renewed year after year. I mean, sometimes dumb is funny, but after a point, it isn’t – at least it wasn’t to me. (As an adult, after much grief and criticism, I have learned to lighten up a little and laugh at dumb comedy.)

  5. Mary says:

I was partial to Remington Steele and The Monkeys. I also enjoyed Bugs Bunny cartoons.

  6. mssc54 says:

Captain Kangaroo (Mr. Greenjeans was my fav character).

Petticoat Junction (It was past my bed time but I would “army crawl” down the hall and lay under my mom’s chair to watch it. lol she never new!) Woooo, woooooo Petticoat Junction! Ummmm I liked it for the train. 😉

  7. Joy says:

I loved Captain Kangaroo too and Petticoat Junction. Love your “train crawl” description mssc54!!

  8. Just a Mom says:

I loved The Facts of Life! As I got a little older it was Falcon’s Crest and Knots Landing.

  9. Jennifer says:

Jane! I had forgotten about Greatest American Hero! I loved that!

My Dad and I used to sit on the couch Sunday nights and watch a TV show called Bizarre or Bazaar? It was full of slapstick skits and ended every episode with Super Dave Osbourne. I think it was a Canadian show. We used to smoke candy cigarettes as we watched it. I don’t think you could even buy them now.

And yes of course, Knight Rider.

    My parents watched Hee-Haw….

  10. Jane says:

Hi Jen, I don’t know what I liked more about that, the show or the song! LOL!!
