Hands down Amazing Race – get to travel yipee… do they still have this show on the tube? I haven’t watched that square box in so long I have lost touch with reality.
We were watching “Are you smarter than a 5th grader?” the other night, and apparently on that night, I was. I’d really hate to have to admit that I wasn’t, though, which is probably what would happen because I don’t think there’s any way I could make myself risk the $500,000 for the million (a bird in the hand, is my motto).
No way could I do any of the physical/daredevil/reality shows. Yikes.
The show I’d want to be on is no longer on the air: Win Ben Stein’s Money. If I had to pick a current show, it’d be Jeopardy. I have amassed an amazing amount of trivia in my short life – to the point nobody will play Trivial Pursuit with me anymore. : (
The Price is Right was a great show, I’d have been on that one too… but only because I loved Bob Barker. I can’t even watch the one with Drew Carey.
Wheel of Fortune
I haven’t watched game shows since I was a young kid, and I can’t remember the name of the one I always wanted to be on. It was the one with all those wrapped presents and the three doors behind which there might be a new car or a box of kleenex, and you had to pick which one you wanted. I think it was a lame show for adults (hence its lack of lasting popularity), but it appealed to me because it was fun to think of the possibilities.
I always wanted to be on The Price is Right. Not sure if I would want to be on it now with Bob Barker gone.
Family Feud!!! I love that show and I think some of us Erickson’s should go on that show…I’m serious. Jason said that some of the family went on that show years ago, is that true Joy?? Or is he just messing with me?
OMG Nikki!!! No, he’s not yanking your chain. We did try out. Me, Paul, Nancy, Wally and Debbie. We got there and were all tongue tied. Nobody could think, nobody could talk. It’s not as easy as it looks. We flunked out big time!!
I think I’d pick 5th grader also. We just love that show only I’d pick the hardest questions first when I still had all the help. I don’t know why those people take the easy questions first and use all their helps up and then have the hard questions left with none. That and you have to pick Nathan last!!!
Oh, the Price is Right!!!! Bob or not, is there any gameshow better! I’ve loved it since I was 8!
Reminds me off a bumper sticker I saw, The Price is Wrong B**TCH!! Funny huh?
