I like them in moderation. I like scrambled, hard-boiled, and over easy. Sometimes I like a cheese omelet. Sometimes I mix a hard-boiled egg into an Indian rice dish. And I love them in macaroni salad or potato salad. Egg salad sandwiches are cool too. Eggs rock.

I love eggs. My husband make the best poached eggs in the whole world so I pick that.

A&E: What Mama said. Except for the macaroni salad.

Trinity says yes as long as they are the way Daddy makes them! Christopher says the same way~soft eggs on toast! Ugh, runny yoke makes me want to vomit!

  5. nikki says:

Bailey says, poached. I like runny yolk but egg white can’t be runny at all. I like them over easy on hash browns. Yummo!!!

  6. Joy says:

Over easy on hash browns, that sounds so good Nikki.

  7. nikki says:

Oh it is!!! Try it, it’s delicious!!

Chocolate eggs yum, I hate the fact that Easter is only once a year – am being serious!

  9. Joy says:

Oh Sanity, I should have known you’d pick chocolate!!! You are hopeless!!!

  10. SanityFound says:

*grins* you know me well … you can’t expect anything less from me surely. What is better though is when you have the eggs for breakfast no one can disagree with you… they are eggs after all right?
