I am so happy to announce a new member of our family. Eric and wife Tessa have had their new baby. We’ve been calling him Herbie now for months but his name is Benjamin Thomas. He weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. He was born at 2:42 AM. His dad proudly says he has a full head of hair. Grandpa Darryl is over the moon with happiness. He came early and was a very welcome surprise to all of us this morning.
Let’s give him a warm welcome to this zany family.

I just talked to Eric and they are three hours from home. They thought the baby was going to be very small since his due date got mixed up but thank god he’s fine. He says he has his camera but not the cord to attach to the computer so we have to wait till they get home, approximately 48 hours if things go according to plan, to get a photo. I’ll post it when I get it.

Thanks all. I was talking to Eric last night and he told me Benjamin is gonna be a lady magnet lots of dark hair and blue eyes, I told him unlike his Father LOL, He laughed.
YAY a new baby Froom!!!! So exciting:) I can’t wait to see what that little boy looks like. Congratulations!!! And a great big CONGRATS to the new Grandpa!!! I bet you can’t stop smiling:)
