Yesterday I went to the doctor for my yearly physical.
My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was high,
I’d gained some weight, and I didn’t feel so hot.
My doctor said eating right doesn’t have to
be complicated and it would solve my physical
problems. He said just think in colors…
Fill your plate with bright colors… greens,
yellows, reds, etc.
AHHH if only that were true!!!

I went all healthy today. I only had a Coke and a can of Honey Roasted Cashews. MMMMMMM
I have this vice called “Guiltless Gourmet” nacho chips. They are baked, reasonably low-fat, organic, high fiber and they taste good! Especially the Mucho Nacho flavor. I tell people that I don’t eat snacks, and that’s true. Because to me, those chips are a meal replacement!
