Goddess Anna’s Extended Family

The first pic is of our older cat Vlad – he’s 4, and a tabby-coated Manx.  I love his tail stub – it gives him such pinache.

The second pic is of Petr – he’s 2, and very hard to photograph!  And is capable of sleeping anywhere and anyhow!

I can’t get a photo of them together, they don’t get along.  Vlad is very laid-back, Petr is a bit high-strung and playful.  Still, I love them both, and we’re endlessly glad we adopted them from the shelter.

And they’re named after the cities of Vladivostok and Petropavlovsk, a nod to my former career.

Awwww aren’t they just too cute? I love kitties. Too bad they’re not buddies, but I know what you mean. Cats have very distinct personalities and you can’t change them one iota. At least they’re civil to one another. lol!

These are great Anna. I never saw a cat without a tail. Well I did once but it was a barn cat who got her tail stepped on by a horse and it just died and fell off. I also love the cat sleeping amidst the hangers. I love to see cats sleeping on their backs. So calm. So comfy. Thanks for sending these.

I’ll second that, awwwwww!!! I too love cats. And seeing any animal on their backs laying like that…not a care in the world!!! I love it!! Thanks Anna

My cats are most definately back sleepers, which strikes me as odd (it means they’re very trusting!). And yeah, I had never seen a cat without a tail until I met Vlad, and I just fell in love. He has the weird rabbit-run that Manx cats have too.

Thanks you guys! My kitties appreciate the attention, because we all know I simply ignore them. (As one cat circles on the table behind me and the other tries to jump up on the desk.)
