Kitchen oil fire

Please take 35 seconds to watch this video.  It could save your life and your home.  My dad was a fireman and I’ve always been afraid of (respected) fire.  Please watch and remember.

So glad I saw this. Fires scare me and it’s a good thing to know exactly what to do. Thanks!

Thanks for posting this, Joy. The garage of a house where I lived when I was a student caught on fire, and that was frightening enough. Thank goodness it was a detached garage, but there’s nothing like waking up in the middle of the night feeling like something is wrong and looking out the window to see a fireball in the back yard. I hope I never, ever experience being inside a house on fire. So it’s good to know what to do in this situation.

Fire really scares me too and it’s good to know NOT to put water on it. Smother it instead.
