Just in case you are having a rough day, here is a stress managementtechnique recommended in all the latest psychological journals. The funny thing is that it really does work and will make you smile.
1. Picture yourself lying on your belly on a warm rock that hangs out over a crystal clear stream.
2. Picture yourself with both your hands dangling in the cool running water.
3. Birds are sweetly singing in the cool mountain air.
4. No one knows your secret place.
5. You are in total seclusion from that hectic place called the world.
6. The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
7. The water is so crystal clear that you can easily make out the face of the person you are holding underwater.
See? It really does work. You’re smiling already.

I do this everyday especially when things are really rough, where ever I am I picture a calm scene and I am in a bubble – no one can see me or speak to me I am just in the bubble, it really does work if anything you focus on something calming rather than your problems just for that moment in time… little miracles *hugs*

This is meditation! I love it. There’s a special place like that I invision when I do it. It’s funny that other cultures have known this secret as far back as 4,500 years I read yesterday!
Laughing is the best Amy! I would try funny movies and laughing lots with my hubby to help cure myself of this cyst or whatever, but it hurts so much when I laugh!! Every time my husband makes me laugh, I say “You got to stop it!!” But it is hard not to sometimes with us.
