Tough question. The first one that came to mind was “To Kill a Mockingbird,” but I could also put “Lamb” or “Coyote Blue” by Christopher Moore on the list, or “American Gods” by Neil Gaimain, or “Saving Fish from Drowning” by Amy Tan, or “The Tipping Point” by Malcolm Gladwell.
