The first phone number I remember is the one we had when I was about 10 or 11 years old. It was Federal 5018 and my best friend’s was Federal 6327. That was almost 50 years ago and I’m only 29. How the heck did that happen?

I can’t remember my number but I remember all of my friends. As a matter of fact I used to have to ask my friends for my home number if I had to call home or write it down on a school form! What can I say I never called my home phone number that much!
I do remember mine and my parents still have it! I also remember the first address we had even though we never moved! It was Rural Route 1 Box 383 and then the fire numbers finally came to our area so it was changed. It’s funny the things you remember when other important stuff you can’t seem to retain!
