1.At home, vegetable soup with 1/2 sandwich and coffee. Then I eat dessert! Usually chocolate related! If I eat lunch out with friends, I usually have salmon! Yum Yum

I don’t really officially eat “lunch” on most days. I just eat some variety of food at various intervals between breakfast and dinner.

On work days, I usually sneak a bag or box of my “meal replacement” chips (tortilla chips or rice crisps) up to my office/bedroom and munch it at my computer. Sometimes I’ll have a bowl of cereal. I try to stay out of the kitchen to avoid having to have a long conversation with the kids’ nanny. If I’m eating with my kids, I have with they eat – usually a sandwich with fruits and vegetables on the side.

When I do finally sit down and eat, it’s usually a lean pocket or something frozen and microwaved. Evidently those aren’t good for you so I’m trying to eat better. Today I think I’ll have soup and a salad.

  6. Joy says:

I love soup and could and do eat it almost everyday for lunch. I LOVE ramon noodles with chicken cut up in it too.

  7. Just a Mom says:

I do either soup, salad or ramen noodles. I put chicken, mushrooms and chopped up celery in my ramen noodles. 🙂

I eat a lean cuisine almost every day because it’s fast and gives me time to make a good supper every night.

  9. Jane says:

I usually eat supper leftovers also. That’s why I normally make enough for us to get a lunch out of it.
