When people think I’m too dumb to realize that they are LYING or being total hypocrites. Like when Obama et al go on and on about how this economy is the worst since the great depression, maybe even worse than the great depression! Oh, please! I was 12 in 1979 and I remember!!! Stagflation anyone? Double-digit unemployment, inflation AND interest rates? Yeah, even Clinton used the same story to get elected, and we had just had a teeny recession that had already bottomed out months earlier. Only Clinton said unemployment was at its highest level EVER. Oh, and he did NOT have an inappropriate relationship with THAT WOMAN. Yeah, dude, I am SO STUPID, tell me some more. But then, it does seem to work with a lot of voters.
I had better quit now, while I’m behind.
This happens to me all the time at work and it drives me crazy. I hate when people talk to you like your 4yrs. old. There’s certain people at my work that talk to everyone like there stupid. Now that insults my intelligence.
I have a neighbor who tells stories, or real life events, Then a month or two later he changes everything he says, Does he think I dont remember, DUH.
people who talk down to you…they think they are good players. Yeah uh..not so much. There is one guy I know in particular that fits this bill. I caught onto his act from the get-go. He’s a player as in using people that can benefit him and then trying to downtalk somebody like me and/or my family who are of no use to him. OH HELL NO!
I have to think about my response a little more. I have all kinds of them running through my head!
Ha, I just realized I am guilty. I met someone the other day at a funeral, whom I haven’t seen since before my kids came home. In explaining how they are doing, I kept repeating the same thing in different ways. Later I was thinking back and thought, I must have sounded like an insane person. Thing is, I’m so used to trying to explain things to my nanny, whose English skills are poor. She pretends to understand, then her actions show she had no clue; so to avoid problems, I usually say the same thing at least 3 different ways to increase the chance that it gets across. So now apparently this has become a generalized habit. I am glad I caught myself, though.
I suppose Nanny might feel insulted by being told the same thing over and over . . . but I’ve tried giving her the benefit of the doubt, and it just isn’t feasible.
I really get annoyed when a person I am with in a given situation, tells me how to act and what to say! Examples include: When you are ready to go into a meeting and the other person is worried you might upset someone if you are honest about things! Or, when you are meeting your siblings “new relationship” and you are told not to tell them certain things, like our family is dysfunctional ..or something! You know, things of this sort! Drives me nuts. I will be who I will be and if you do not like it, oh well! Ha Ha Ha
Oh yeah, I have a friend who will tell me in front of everyone when I should perform social graces such as saying hello, goodbye, and thank you.

Lying. Or “making things up” as they go along. Those people that no matter what your talking about, they “know someone” with something “bigger” and “better” than what your talking about. If you get a new camera, “their” friend has one way nicer or if your taking a trip, they took a much better one. I guess you’d call them buzz-kills. How dumb do they think you are??? Instead of saying “it’s nice” they have to make it seem like they know someone with something much nicer. What’s up with people like that??? It’s like they want to suck the happiness out of you.
Probably a bad time for me to answer but lets just say people who take me for granted based on my sex, age and education… aaaargh!
When my mom tells me how to feed my baby! Like I have not been doing it for 4 months now.
Energy suckers, life suckers, happiness suckers…they suck! hehe…they really do Joy.
The one thing that really gets to me is computer talk. We have this “friend” who is computer smart, I guess, and he has no problem letting you feel stupid that you aren’t! He’ll say some big confusing words that only computer geeks would understand (NOT me) and laughs when I say I don’t get it. People who are condescending really get to me!

Ah yes, my sister who is 13 years younger and has no experience with kids, telling me what I “must” do with / for my kids. I love her . . . .

When people lie to me then try to cover it up by blaming it on someone else. HELLO??? Also when people feel they need to “handle” a situation for someone else. I realize that we have all been in a situation where we’re nervous to talk to someone about something important, but it’s no one else’s job but the person who has the problem. I guess what I mean is when someone talks for you instead of letting you talk for yourself!

I’m with Darryl and Joy on this one. Bull$hi*&ers bug the HELL out of me. Especially bad ones that think you are gullable enough to actually BELIVE the crap they are giving you. How freaking brain dead do you think I am? I just let them continue so I can get a laugh about it later.
I was talking to my neighbor last summer who is a BAD bull$hitter and I don’t remember how the subject was raised but he actually tried convincing me that the jet stream is caused by jets flying around. LMFAO!!!

I am almost 49 and I hate it when I am told that I do things wrong all the time.That only there way, is the right way,and what i have to say doesnt matter.I HATE LIERS.I hate to be lied too,especially when I no for a fact its a lie,have the proof,confront the LIER.And the LIER looks at me like am stupid and dont have a clue as to what i am saying.I am so frustrated at idiots who NO it ALL.Ok ,I feel better,i vented for this month.
