  1. Sue says:

Yes, I do. Toby does not because his didn’t fit the day we got married (although I shoved it on his finger anyway!) and we’ve never been back to have it resized.

  2. holeycheese says:

I wear it every time I leave the house but usually not when I’m home.

  3. megan says:

    I will in five months.

  4. Joy says:

Hardly ever. I try and remember to put it on if I leave home but I forget it a lot of the time.

  5. Just a Mom says:

I wear mine 24/7. I did have to remove it for six months when I hit my top weight of 200 pounds. I would not have it resized, I used it as a motivator for me to lose weight!

  6. We wear commitment rings; matching ones. We wear them everyday.

  7. nikki says:

To be honest, no I don’t. For 2 reasons, one being I rarely go anywhere and when I do I forget most times. Two being it’s uncomfortable to wear 27/7. It has baguettes and it digs into my bony little fingers and it hurts!! We have been looking for a new one for our 10 year wedding anniversary next year, I want to help pick it out so it fits comfortable. I LOVE mine, it has very special meaning and Jason picked it out ALL by himself. It would be put away for Bailey’s wife.

  8. Gary says:

    I wear mine 24/7, 365

  9. nikki says:

Jason wished he could wear one but with cutting his hand off and all it’s kinda hard. It’s reattached but it just doesn’t work. If I had a comfortable ring I’d wear it 24/7 365 too.

  10. Joy says:

Paul doesn’t wear his anymore either. I don’t think he could even begin to get it on now.

Maybe we should do a post on what Jason did to his hand. I don’t think anyone knows. Do you think if we posted those pics anyone would puke?? Or faint??? Or are they just to gross??

  11. nikki says:

I will send them to you, I should be able to take a pictures of the pictures. Maybe we should put a warning…if your easily disgusted don’t look now!!! Or no, I can give them to Paul, is he bringing your buddy over?? I’ll have to go find them! You can write your part and I could go in and add my part?? Let me know. I can even take pictures of what it looks like now, which is a miracle in itself!

I wear a gold barrel (wedding) ring. May 4th will be 35 years.

  13. I’m definitely much bigger than I was when we got married. My ring was only a size 6! I can no longer fit it on my ring finger. We tried to have it resized but because it’s made up of multiple rings and multiple types of metal they couldn’t resize it. I had been wearing it on my pinky until this winter when I finally lost enough weight combined with cold temperatures that it kept falling off. Hubby doesn’t wear his any longer. He had bent it up and did pull it back into place with pliers when we attended his brother’s wedding this summer, but otherwise he no longer wears it because it’s uncomfortable. It’s too bad, it was a striking ring on a man and he always got lots of compliments. This year is our 10 year anniversary and we’ve talked about getting new wedding rings. I’d love the new rings because we both used to wear our rings constantly without taking them off even for showers or sleeping. I miss being able to look at it during the day and think of him.

Now I’m curious about Jason’s hand?

  14. Joy says:

Jen, it is so good to see you. I’ve been worried. Jason cut off his hand 10 years ago or so. It’s reattached but they took pictures of the “before” and they almost look like Halloween pics. We should do a post. I’ll call you later Nikki.

  15. Mary says:

I wear my wedding ring & my engagement ring & feel naked without them. I do take them off if I’m involved in a particularly dirty job or I think I’ll wreck my rings.
