NEWARK, Ohio — An Ohio man is facing a drunken driving charge and he never left his bar seat.
That’s because police say the man wrecked his motorized bar stool, while under the influence.
The accident happened on March 4 on a public street in Newark, OH.
Investigators say Kyle Wygle claimed the bar stool could reach up to 38 miles-per-hour, but he was driving at 20 miles-per-hour when he crashed.
Wygle was charged with operating a vehicle impaired.
