If I said anything but Italian, my family would give me evil glares till the day I die!
🙂
I wouldn’t own one 🙂
LOL Doraz I would go to your Italian restaurant any day of the week! I did work in the restaurant Biz for a long time. One of my favorite restaurants was Fine dinning they had an out door fire place with tables next the fire place. It was very small say 12 tables out side in a Garden Setting Music, great food, very Romantic it was a Special Occasion kind of place. So maybe something like that. I also thought it would be a cool idea to have a ceiling like the one at Disney Land with stars way up and a feeling of being out side. Restaurants are a lot of work. LOL
It would be between a old style family diner or sports complex with a bar, bowling alley, volley ball, softball…that’d be fun but I’m not sure for how long!
Down-home diner, where everyone met at the end (or the beginning) of the day, where everyone knows everyone else, and where the food is basic, but awesome.
My parents owned a steakhouse when I was really small and I have pretty much worked in the restaurant business all my life. So I love this question! I want to own a 50’s style family diner. A place where anyone could go and get a milkshake, a grilled cheese sandwich or a plate of an old-fashioned good meal like meatloaf and mashed potatoes.
