My Potato Salad from Just A Mom

I’m not going to post pictures unless you send them since this is the “yellow” vs “white” and it’s hard for me to tell what yours looks like.

From Just A Mom at Life Is Funny Wearing Purple Colored Glasses.

3 to 4 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
3 eggs, hard-cooked, chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles or dill pickle relish
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. (I like to make mine a day ahead of time.)

I love all these varieties. I’ve always only made it the same way. I’m not sure why but I love that I’ll have something different things to make.

I would love some of yours Karen. I’m the same way. I’ve been cooking so long that I very rarely follow a recipe but I’ve just tried to guess. I’ll bet you’re a heck of a cook. Your mom sure was as well as her whole family.
