It has to be 100% chemical free. Miessence is my favorite. Yeah, I’m one of those people. I can’t help myself. No chemicals. I was just giving my daughter a lecture on baby shampoo tonight. I told her if she wants me to continue cooking for her she can’t use J&J baby shampoo. She agreed. A grandmother has to do what she has to do.
Dry by Nature, I think is the name.
I switched to Tom’s aluminum free but I hate it! It doesn’t keep the funk away and I still sweat! I’m on the hunt for an inexpensive chemical free one that WORKS!
Mennan Speed Stick.
Mine’s a Secret! ๐
LOL!

Cotton Candy

Cotton candy? I bet that smells good. I’m with Nikki on this one still looking for a better aluminum free one. Toms or Dove,
Dove works better but lots of chemicals.
I’ll bet Cotton Candy does smell good. I use Teen Spirit Lady Speed Stick-Berry Blossom.
Paul uses Right Guard Unscented.
oh I gotta have the chemicals…it’s what keeps me smelling good ๐ secret something is what I use..
and omg as soon as I saw JJ baby shampoo I could smell it. i LOVED smelling my kids hair when they were little cuz they smelled so fresh and clean with that shampoo. I know now they will probably end up with a brain tumor or something cuz I used it but I think my mom used it on me and I’m ok…really I am! ๐
My sister is the same way as you. She loves her chemicals. She is always teasing me because of my chemical free crap I’m always spouting about. Well, JJ, I love you chemicals and all.
Maybe she’s “chemically” dependent!! LMAO!!!
LMAO..good one Joy!!!
I don’t really know, whatever Michelle buys me, I just use it. Currently some stuff in a black roll-on tube
Lady Speed Stick. It works and I’m not switching!
When I first show the Cotton Candy on the deodorant, I had my doubts!
It does smell nice!
So, I guess I do too!
๐
I use Secret because it is what I used when I was a teenager and I just never switched.
I must clarify that I do not, in fact, have the same stick. That would be just gross.
I’m so glad you clarified that bp. I was wondering!! LOL!
Interesting how many responses you got to this relatively uncontroversial question. Then again, I guess this is something everyone can relate to . . . .
Folks who want a more natural deodorant, see if you can find Dry by Nature, because I like it a lot better than Tom’s. It has a much, much milder smell. It doesn’t work as well as Secret if it’s really hot out, but it’s pretty effective and lasts about 24 hours – for me at least. I keep Secret on hand in case I have to go to a business meeting in the summer or whatever.
That’s what’s so fun about QOD SKL. We all put our pants on one leg at a time.
I prefer JASON. It’s the only chemical-free deodorant I’ve found that actually works. I like the aloe vera stick, but I’ve also tried the lavender stick. Both are quite nice.
At the moment, though, I’m using Dove Ultimate Go Fresh Energizing deodorant. It’s got all the chemicals, but my mom got it for me, so hey – free deodorant.
