  • 1 bottle (8 ounces) ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash garlic powder

Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (dressing will be thick). Drain potatoes and cut into cubes; add to the dressing and gently toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 6-8 servings.

**I don’t generally even go by a recipe but this is close. ENJOY!

Isn’t this the same one I posted last week? I could be wrong! Hmmm I don’t know it does look good though. 🙂

That’s what I thought too Nikki but that one was just Ranch with no bacon in it. They both look good and I just love bacon.

LOL Hey I was thinking the same thing.:+) Oh bacon or no bacon. It does look good!

Joy are you going to have these recipes in a file? Ive been writing them all down, but if they are in one place maybe I can go to the library and have them printed. My printers broke, such a bummer, must get that fixed.
