Extra Guy?

Watch as the picture changes… each time it changes, count the people.

Extra Guy

WHERE does the extra guy come from????

I’ve been watching it for some time, and I can’t figure it out.

I hate when computer jokes make me feel stupid!

  1. PLEASE respond back to me when you figure this out, as I am at a complete loss

I think it all has to do with that guy on the far bottom left. Watch him…of course it’s kind of an optical illusion but I think the fact that his hair is chopped off at one point..it’s him that is adding the extra person!

  3. javajunkee says:

no ok..wait one more…check out the guy with the longer legs..he has to have something to do with it…watch him doesn’t his legs actually make another set of legs? I think this is a combination of 2 or 3 of them being woven together into the extra person!

  4. What’s that smell?….Oh yeah, my brain is frying.

  5. I’ve been staring at this repeatedly and I simply cannot figure it out! Computers are definitely smarter than humans — or at least, smarter than ME.

    Inbreading… definately inbreading.

Brain frying and inbreeding or optical illusion or c all of the above. Crunching the number 33232 to 32232 back to 33232 and than 32232 but that doesn’t really give the why. I’ll ask Navar maybe he can figure this out.

…glad I’m not the only one who can’t figure it out. I was worried when I posted this…

  9. Joy says:

I suck at stuff like this. I’d never figure it out.

  10. Just a Mom says:

I am not good at optical illusions!

  11. Watch the figure in the upper left. It’s a solitary figure on that ‘block’. It makes the move each time.

If you’re still trying to figure this out, the “explanation,” for what it’s worth, is here: http://www.dqd.com/~mayoff/notes/extra-man-puzzle/

I think the explanation is as confusing as the puzzle itself.
