    If I think of it or haven’t been eating right. I do not have stock in GNC like some people I know 😉

    When I remember to, I take the standard multivitamin. I started that around age 30 when I noticed that “the old grey mare warn’t what she useta be.” I used to be pretty good about taking it everyday, but nowadays I am lucky to take one or two a week.

    I found a pretty good multivitamin powder at the GNC. I mix it with my protein powder, and I am off! I do this every other day. I try to eat the right foods…when ever I remember. UGH.

    I take the ultimate multi-vitamin “Chocolate”. A regular daily dose will give you all the get up & go you will ever need for the day.

    I “remember” to take a multi-vitamin whenever I start to feel sick. I’m horrible that way. When I am feeling fine, I don’t take them…get sick and I rush to the medicine cabinet.

    I have them in my cuboard.I look at them every morning.I say I will take them later.The day goes by.I get ready for bed.I again see my vitamins.Oh no,I forget to take them.Ok,tomorrow I will.And this happens every day 😦 I am bad at taking anything.But if I get sick,then I need them.How sad am I?

    If I think about it. I have fish oil capsules I should really start taking again. I also have a multi vitamin for women I need to be taking too.
    I’m actually a lot like Pam when it comes to taking anything!

    No, I don’t take any. I think vitamins are way overrated and I think they give people a false sense of security AND I think they are way over used without people really even knowing what they’re taking and IF they counter other medications they are on.

      You are so right! Many vitamins are counter active to some meds. Your doctor should always know exactly what you are taking. I think they are good for people who are lacking essential vitamins. It should never be a substitute for eating healthy though.

    I take vitamins every single day. My doctor and I have a pretty good program going on with them. I take a multi-vitamin, vitamin C and B6 in the morning after breakfast. At night after dinner I take a multi B, Fish oil with flax seed and a milk thistle. My triclyerides have gone from 400 down to 50 and my liver is back in check since taking the vitamins and eating right and exercising. I stopped taking all that stuff thinking eating right and exercise was all it would take and my cholestrol/triclyerides shot back up without them.
    The key is to check with your doctor!

    I know I should, but every time I try to “be good” and take one daily, it gives me a stomach ache.
