QUITE SHY OF MEETING NEW PEOPLE.
Slow to warm up. So I guess that means shy unless you have the pleasure of spending much time with me. In the latter case, you might offer to pay me to shut up and go away!
I’m okay once I warm up. If I am in a situation where it’s professional, I warm up quicker out of necessity. If it’s casual, I have a hard time coming up with things to talk about. maybe the difference is in the preparation. In a professional situation, I actually think about what I might bring up ahead of time.
I’m relatively shy when you meet me… especially in professional settings. Once I’m comfortable, I’m very out going.
I’m very outgoing. Usually making others laugh. Including everyone to make them feel comfortable.
I was very shy as a kid and still am somewhat. I find that the older I get the less I care what people think about me. Take me or leave me, I don’t need to “fit in” to be comfortable anymore.
As I’ve gotten older, you’d think I’d be less shy, but it seems like I’m more shy… particularly around men. It’s weird, I don’t get it, but there you go.
But then, like SKL, once I get to know you? You can’t shut me up!
JQ~I LOVE your avatar!
I am pretty shy around a lot of people if I don’t know them. Put me around a bunch of people I know though and I am a social butterfly. The older I get the less I care about what others think, that’s why I think I was so shy, I was always so afraid of doing or saying something wrong and embarrassing myself.
VERY VERY VERY VERY OUTGOING!
I’m slow to warm up also, but can be outgoing with those I know.
I am shy around strangers. But once i get to know someone,I am very outgoing 🙂
