I’ve never done a whole vacation but I have booked hotel rooms for a trip I took. I would still do it again but I wouldn’t pay for them ahead of time again. There were two rooms that got messed up and the hotels had no idea that we paid and it was a total pain in the butt.
Ive never booked a total vacation but whenever i travel i always buy my airline tickets online and also have booked hotel reservations online.
Yep. I too have had Joy’s experience once or twice, but for the most part, I have had good results. It is so convenient.
ya, I have booked online quite a few times and like Ski writes they are mostly good experiences. Definitely, the websites present pictures that are mesmerizing while reality is different.. but thats what marketing is all about.

I book pretty much part of my vacations online (flights, hotels, activitites). However, I also spend time researching the hotels online by reading reviews and ratings.
I booked our first vacation online and had a great experience. I did a lot of research and comparing before making any decisions though. Our second vacation I did all the research online, but used a travel agent to actually book through since it was $$$ I wanted to makes sure I could blame someone else if need be!
