  6. Tessa says:

    I was using margarine, but now that I know whole butter is healthier I am switching! And it is better to bake with.

  7. Nikki says:

    Only butter….that fake stuff is just full of oil! Gross!

  8. Karen Joy says:

    BUTTER all the way baby!!!

  9. Laura says:

    I read a thing once that really resonated with me…

    Butter = cream, salt

    Margarine = vegetable oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, liquid soybean oil, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, water, whey protein, salt, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate (used to protect quality), citric acid, artificial flavor, vitamin A

    I don’t know what half the stuff in the margarine is. I know what cream and salt are.

  10. Yes please!
    We use butter on popcorn, and Smart Balance on almost everything else that needs a dose of fake butter.
