I’m not huge on dessert but I do love a good banana creme pie. With NO nuts on top.
me too! That is my fav.
I love a good baked cheesecake.Then again I really like moist chocolate cake too…ooooooh,I cant decide on a favorite!Oh wait..I know…SASKATOON PIE!!!!Yummo!
Ok, I MUST know… what is Saskatoon Pie???
(am I going to regret asking this?)
Saskatoons are a small purplish berry, some compair it to a blueberry but IT IS NOT the same.I dont like blueberrys but love saskatoons.Just looks simular.I knew after I wrote that some may not know what it is,we have them here in Manitoba,Canada. They are so good I wish I could send them through this screen!I have some saskatoon jam and pie filling packed to take with me to Arizona to family as they enjoy them too.
LOL Karen. Nobody down here has ever heard of saskatoons. I like them too.
Wait…I just thought of one….my Mom used to make THE best homemade coconut cream pie..yup,thats my favorite! Can you tell I’m dieting..LOL!Craving everything!
LOL Karen. I love coconut and if your mom made it, count me in π
Cheesecake…any flavor. I’ll take it plain! It’s so rich and smooth…sigh….
I like some restaurants’ tiramisu. A LOT.
coffee and chocolate
I hardly ate dessert in the Netherlands, but since I am here, I am into making dessert. First almost every evening but now I turned it back to once a week. My favorites are all Jello desserts with wiped cream! I tried them all! Mmmmmmmmmmm
Cheesecakes of all kind.My daughter-in-law Lindsay makes the BEST.
And I do love coconut cream pie too π
Hmmmmm….. this is really a toughie. There’s always the old standby – chocolate chip cookies (homemade, of course).
But then there are so many different ways to go: cake? Chocolate, of course. Pie? Blueberry. Ice cream? B&J’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough or Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Chocolate pudding (homemade with whole milk!)
great. now I’m craving chocolate. thanks.
I’m a sucker for chocolate cake, chocolate frosting! Homemade! I do love the density of bakery cakes but I LOVE homemade cake. We made some chocolate chip cookies last weekend and mixed it up by using peanut butter chips also. So good! Helping the whole weight loss thing huh?! I know! Moderation, right!
Oh,I have an awesome recipe for chocolate cake…SUPER moist. It calls for coffee and buttermilk,I think its the buttermilk that makes it so moist.Yea,this food talk sure isnt helping my dieting either!
could you email that recipe to me!? π
will do!
Nikki, you know how dangerous Karen’s recipes are!!
I know, we found that out didn’t we!? I sometimes crave those damn cookies now!
Cheesecake with blueberry topping.
MMmmm
Oh, I don’t even know where to begin! I really love Oh, Henry! Bars and apple pie, but most any dessert will do.
Baked cheesecake with oreo crust. Secnd fav is old fashioned blackberry cobbler.
With an oreo crust???? Wow that sounds too good!
Oh gosh! It would be easier to say what dessert I wouldn’t eat. LOL!
I love cupcakes, cheesecake, chocolate in any form.
Pretty much anything with chocolate…. but I do love my mom’s rice pudding and lemon meringue pie π
cheesecake and chocolate–or both put together YUM!
In a pinch, a frozen snickers bar (not the icecream) is at the top of my list. π
