I used to have that problem. Even worse, when I did get started I could not stay focused. I would start one thing then notice this other thing needed to be done so I would leave the thing I was doing and start another thing then I would notice this other thing needed to be don so I would leave the thing I was doing and start another thing then…
Then the doctor diagnosed me with AADD and the adderall has been a tremendous help! 🙂
