I have one dog-Ella and 5 cats-Willy, ToTo, Malcolm, Emma and Maddie. It would seem I can’t say no to animals.

  2. Sue says:

We have 2 OUTSIDE cats πŸ™‚ Mama and Toots. Every time I name a cat and take it to the vet, it either runs away or dies!

  3. SKL says:

No, unless you count the resident ladybugs or the skunks / raccoons / mice who sneak in to live in our basement from time to time.

  4. Ellen says:

We are now left with our beta fish. I had dogs, a cat, hamsters, guinee pigs, a rabit and fishes. But sadly they ae all gone 😦

We are down to Baily, our six year old female Jacker-Spaniel (father was Jack Russell and the mother was a Cocker Spaniel). She loves to chase squirrels. If there is a squirrel in a tree she will jump about three feet and nip at the bark on the trunk. Most of the trees in the yard have marks on them.

We also have one Tom Cat left. He’s a grey tuxedo weighing about twenty-two pounds. He regularly brings home trophies such as field mice/rats, moles and his favorite too… squirrels! Last week there was a squirrel head and tail left on the porch. I posted a pic (on my fb) of him snoozing on our bed after eating the entire squirrel.

I used to have a 300 gallon fresh water aquarium with African cichlids. But since it was 8x3x3 I eventually had to get rid of it so we would have a place for the Christmas tree. I wanted to put a fake 12 inch tree on top but I was over ruled on that one. 😦

We have one dog, Sari, a black lab that is a royal pain in my behind! I love her, I don’t always like her. She’s one moody b*tch!
We also have 2 cats. My pride and joy Abigail, she’s a ginger long haired Tabby. Her boy Felix is our baby. He’s mostly white with ginger spots. He used to be a crazy cat, but then we got his man hood cut off and now he’s just a lazy fat cat that loves to be cradled like a baby! He has a perfect shape of a heart on his back. Our animals are so freakin spoiled!

That wasn’t very long ago was it? Poor guy is still wondering why he has ED now! πŸ˜‰

We have a Gerbil named Scrunchy. I find it funny that I have always hated hamsters/gerbils because they look like rats to me but I find myself talking to this stupid thing all the time and I am the only one she won’t bite!
We had a box turtle named Bruce but he ran away! 😦

  8. We have 2 cats (Getta and Wiggles), 1 dog (Carly), 3 horses (Chief, Shilo and Mo), 3 desert tortoises (Eenie, Meanie & Miney), and an assortment of goldfish (unnamed). Fun question!

  9. Vicki says:

We have 2 persian cats named Gracy and Ceasar, 2 golden retrievers, Indy and Brady, 1 English bulldog, Rocco and 4 horses, Preacher, Sugar, Mercedes and Jenny.

  10. Tessa says:

No 😦 We had 2 dogs-the sweetest pups in the world-but now living with family because we are moving overseas-I miss them so much!! Love animals.

  11. Laura says:

Golden Retriever named Cruiser (CPAK’s Cruisin’ for a Bruisin’) who is a Guide School Drop Out – which is really ironic, because a year after we got him, Steve had his wreck, and now he’s blind. Cruise is forever retrieving things for him that he drops.

Hamlet is a 17-year-old cage-bound cockatiel. He was hand-tamed, and was the sweetest thing on two feet until his wings grew back. And then he turned into a feathered Cujo. My brother and sister-in-law had him for several years while Steve and I lived in Texas, and he (Hamlet) got an inferiority complex because the cage was a little lower than everyone in the house… it was on a table top. Now, he’s happy as a clam, because he’s at the highest point in the house – on top of my kitchen pantry, a good 8 feet up. (our kitchen opens to a great room)

We also have five equines in our pasture that are owned by our neighbors: Scotch, the foundation stallion; Honey, a palomino-paint mare; Butterscotch, the daughter of Honey/Scotch; Soda, a horse/pony cross (she’s a registered “miniature horse”), who has attached herself like a sister to Scotch, hence the name “Soda”; and Cookie, a miniature horse who looks for all the world like “Kippur”, the pony in the Thelwell books ( She’s probably 15, and regularly bosses Scotch around. She’s also about hip-tall, to me, and Scotch is 16 hands if he’s an inch. It’s hilarious to see her bossing him around.

Lastly, we have at least one bat living in our walls. He gets in through the garage, and I haven’t figured out how to get him out yet.

  12. Lucy says:

I have a wonderful, affectionate, multi-colored cat πŸ™‚ I also used to have fish when I was younger, but it seems like I always killed them :/
