You couldn’t pay me enough to do either one of those!
Out of the two choices, I’d pick the boat. There is no way I’d go up in a balloon for no reason.
Hmm probably the boat… although I’d probably get sea sick. But I’m afraid of heights and the balloons just a bit too scary.
Oh, sailboat for sure. Although I love flying, I have romantic notions about sailboats… I’d love to do a Windjammer Cruise.
And, when I think about it, I think about the movie “Jewel of the Nile” … which is one of my all time favorites, along with “Romancing the Stone”.
I guess I won’t be traveling. I’m afraid of heights and can’t swim. Give me a nice big cruise ship.
I’m thinking boat. I love travel and adventures. Most of all, I like to go right up and touch the exotic. Whether it’s the wall of an ancient temple, the water where three oceans converge near a shrine at the southern tip of India, or the mountainside upon which the Great Wall of China or Macchupicchu was built. I think I’d feel closer to God’s creation in a boat, because I could touch the water and whatever else the boat came in contact with. But it would be cool to go up in a balloon too, just to experience it.
Sailboat, I am afraid of heights.
Neither. I would be scared to death of both.
No way balloon and I would not like the sailboat either but If I had to pick one it would be the sailboat. Then I would probably be attacked by pirates LOL.
Neither really but if I had to choose I’d say boat because when it sinks it gives some escape time but when something drops from the sky it just goes down…. Plus heights make me dizzy.. A hot air balloon is one of the things I will never ever ever be on.
I am scared of heights,
I cant swim and scared of water.
But if i had to pick one,I just dont know.
First i will go deal with my fears and pick a boat 🙂
yea I’m with you, if I HAD to pick one because I was going to be killed if I didn’t….I’d pick the boat. I’m not a fan of open water.
This is a tough one! Because I love the water I will have to say sailboat.
But I would LOVE to go up in a hot air balloon. When I was about 10 I got to go up in one that was tied down. I’m not sure how far up we went but it was awesome! We stayed up for 15 minutes and came right back down.
I don’t relish the idea of either one. Can’t I just do a jet airplane???
Probably the boat. Sleeping would be more comfortable!
yeah…I’m not too keen on either.
Absolutely the sail boat. You have control (for the most part) of the direction and speed of travel. In the balloon, you are totally at the mercy of the wind.
That, and the fact that I’m a SCUBA diver and would love to stop along the way and load up on some nitrogen.
