Question of the day

Okay, I’ll admit it. I like Dr. Phil.
… So how’s that working for ya? 🙂
It’s working pretty good. I quit watching him for a few years and started back up this year. I like the family he’s working with.
Tee hee! I used to have a soft spot for Boy George! (My mom was a huge fan, as was her best friend.) Isn’t it weird how we never hear any Boy George music at all any more? He was quite the thing for a while. I also like Prince. Is that weird?
I’m also a huge fan of watching men dance – the real deal – like ballet or really challenging international dances. It’s a shame that these activities aren’t more popular with heterosexual men.
Let’s see, what else. I like to read Rush Limbaugh’s daily transcripts. I’m about 2 weeks behind thanks to my work schedule, but I plan to catch up someday.
I like to read good children’s books. Who says you have to be a kid to enjoy them?
Most of the blogs I visit focus on special needs kids. I’m not sure why but I have always had a soft spot for them, and I’m always interested in various developmental challenges. I don’t tell people about this because I wonder, will they think that’s an unhealthy obsession?
I suppose there are lots of other things.
I have also a big soft spot for special needs children. I do not know what it is with them, I just feel for them. But that is not the meaning of a closet fan, is it 🙂 I am not really a fan of somebody in particular.
ah HAH!! I had to go back and look through some of my draft posts, but I remember now why I put this question up. My draft, which I will probably post next year, is about my ‘closet like’…
The Iditarod. Dogsledding. I tend to remain a ‘closet fan’ of it, because I’m so bloody sick and tired of arguing with people (but I will, in a heartbeat) over the crap that animal rights people wrongly spew.
I’m also a little rabid over figure skating, although that’s cooled in recent years as my life has gotten busier and I don’t have the time to sit and watch the competitions. and they don’t show them much on network TV anymore. It’s been taken over by football, NASCAR, and whatever the sport-of-the-moment is.
This is a tough one! I’m not sure I’m a closet fan on anything. If I like it I pretty much don’t care what people think so I let everyone know.
Oh I’m a closet fan of a lot of the stupid TV shows that are on. I get sucked into the reality shows. Jersey Shores, all of the Real Housewives, Bad Girls Club, The Real World, Kendra, Millionaire Matchmaker…we love them all. WE as in Jason does too! LOL
Oh, I get sucked in, every now and then, to those shows, too! I got sucked into The Bachelor for a couple of episodes earlier this season.
I’m also a fan of Old Shows – Andy Griffith, Beverly Hillbillies, Mr. Ed. I wish they showed them more often!
I LOVE reality shows too! My hubby, Jason, hates them though. I pretty much watch them all. There’s nothing else on tv besides reality shows now.
Our closets aren’t big enough for fans.
