What’s your coctail of daily meds look like?  (Include vitamins.)

    I take one Spiriva a day and 4 puffs of QVar. 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I also take one Estrovin Nighttime and 2 Advil before I got to bed.

    A younger me would be so laughing at the present me! I have never been on “meds” but I started taking multivitamins around age 30. Then last year I went for a check-up and the doc said I was low on Vitamin D. She also gave me the unsolicited comment that I looked tired and ought to try “Alive” multivitamins and fish oil. I resisted for a while, but I really did need an energy boost with all that I have going on. So now I take 3 supplements, of which one is supposed to be taken 2x a day and the other 3x. And these are big pills. If I put them all in my hand at one time, I think it would be scary. (I don’t usually take the full dose – I would rather keep in good eating habits – but right now I’m taking most of the recommended amount.)

    I am lucky that it is only a multi vitamine. Joy, thanks for your comment on my site. All is okay, just very, very busy! But I am happy with it! Hope you are doing fine too!

    Just supplements right now – I found One A Day “Women’s Active Mind and Body”, which seems to give me much more energy and clarity than my old Centrum standby. I also take a huge “horsepill” which is fish oil. I did some research and discovered only one or two brands give you the actual amount that you need, and most of the others (the ones that I looked into, anyway) have just a little actual fish oil, and the rest is filler. Which is why the one that I take – which also has to be “enteric coated” so I don’t get sick on it – is so bloody expensive. But fortunately, that’s it for now. Just two supplements/pills, once a day. When I get around to replenishing the supply, I’ll get back on my probiotic, so then it’ll be 4/day.

    I just take one vitamin. One A Day Cholesterol Plus…and COFFEE!!! 🙂

    A B complex and a spoon full of cod liver oil, which I ran out of so I need to buy more. People make fun of me for that one but I swear it makes me feel better and a little cheerful. I like to take a cal mag with D at night but I’m out of that too looks like I need to go shopping.

    I try to remember to take my multi-vitamin every day… sometimes extra calcium/vitamin D and omega-3 pills

    One Levothroxin in the morning on an empty stomach and I need to wait at least an hour before I eat anything. Up until a month ago I wasn’t on anything. Ever 😦
