I Believe from Joy Rehnee

I Believe…
That sometimes when I’m angry
I have the right to be angry,
But that doesn’t give me the right to be cruel.

Thank you “Other” Joy for sending this one. I love it. It’s so true that when we get mad sometimes we get mean to people who have nothing to do with anything. I hate when I behave like that. This is such a good reminder.

I agree, Joy, it is a great reminder, but only, when I am really angry, I am afraid I will not think of it, only afterwards. My main cruelty is that I block and cannot say anything. This feels as if I am punishing the other person, but I just cannot find the words to say why I am so angry.

I agree we do have the right to feel angry and yes it’s not good to be mean. So I am in agreement. I may call you Joy Joy I hope that is OK? I may get confused with two Joy’s here. The more Joy in life the better :+)

Now that is a great reminder…and need that sometimes! Thanks Joy Joy!!! 😉

I love “Joy Joy”; it’s a new take on the Southern style. Thank you Starla for coining such a cute moniker. Nikki and all of you connected to the original Joy are welcome to call me by that. I would be proud to call any friend of hers a friend of mine!!!

I am a Gemini, and admit to having a bit of all the typical qualities in my personality. I am normally very nice, but I do have to watch what I say when I’m really angry. This falls into the same category as manners for me. If I am kind, even when I feel bitchy, others respond likewise. The bad feelings seems to fade away, and are replaced by “Joy”.

I LOVE this site, it makes me feel good! Thanks to all the girls (and the fellas too) for forming a nice place to sit and have a cup of coffee and reflect when I have a break from the “roller coaster of life”…
