Since we had our dogs the other day, today we have the brats. I’m not a huge brats fan but I may try this. How do you guys do brats?

Hmm I’d never think to wrap a brat in a tortilla! I came to like brats as an adult. The cheddar brats are my fav! I usually just slice mine and eat plain. I never use a bun for brats. This sounds good though, I’ll have to give it a whirl.
This looks really good… I might have to try it. Not sure when though, Steve won’t eat Brats, so we don’t have them often. Maybe on one of his “lamb-chop” nights, when he’s making lamb, which I don’t like, I’ll make brats for me and Josh, and we’ll do this. It’ll be a nice change from my usual “mustard on a brat” rut. I might replace the tortilla with a bun, though, just because I have the WORST luck with tortilla shells. I end up wearing more of the food than I eat… great diet trick, though.
mmm, that looks kinda good
I’m not a huge fan or brats or tortilla’s but for some reason, I think it’s the cheese and onions, this looks really good to me. Or it could be every time I look at this, I’m starving.
