I think we’ve tried this one! And it was yummy I’m sure ๐Ÿ™‚ Looks delicious

I have never eaten this. What is Ziti Regate and tarragon? the recipe looks wonderful, will try it soon. Do you need to use fresh asparagus?

    • Jenny says:

Ziti Rigate is the type of noodle that you use. Tarragon is a herb that she calls for in the recipe. I’m sure the recipe would be fine without the tarragon. Or you could use dry tarragon instead of fresh if you wanted. I would think if you didn’t want to use fresh asparagus frozen would be the same too! Or eliminate it all together ๐Ÿ˜€

    • Joy says:

You “could” use frozen or canned asparagus but I sure would use fresh if it’s possible. I love asparagus but can only eat it fresh. I can’t stand the frozen or canned.
