    What mssc stands for ?
Spellings differ in places For example ,while it is” glamour” in some countries it is “glamor ” in USA. But this one needs a relook by the writer.

mssc is one of the bloggers who come here. They are his “handle” so to speak. I thought about the spelling and “closed” “could” be spelled like that in some languages but it also says “fills” were it should be ” files.”

MS = Mississippi and SC = South Carolina. I was born in one and have lived in the other most of my life. I have an identity crisis.

how is that person employed, and I’m not?

I think it can only be one of two things. Either affirmative action or nepotism. 🙂

      • SKL says:

I don’t know about affirmative action. I do think that some educated people learn stuff differently depending on who has taught them. I had a highly educated, intelligent employee (lawyer with a specialty in tax) who always wrote “sell” as “sale,” and a few other things. If I changed the spelling, sometimes he would change it back, thinking I was wrong.

I’m thinking this has got to be a young female. Look at the great job on the smiley face! lol

I know, it always used to amaze me how some of the poorest readers/writers had the best handwriting. Even while I was tutoring 2nd graders in reading, a few with truly beautiful handwriting could barely read a sentence. I, on the other hand, had to re-do my schoolwork more often due to “sloppiness” than any other reason. I just could not write neatly to save my life.
