  1. Sue says:

Nope. Really, can you see me hauling off and hitting someone?!

  2. Jenny says:

Nope can’t say that I have. But if it ever happens, I’m not gonna just stand there!

  3. Jason says:

Nope, outside of the brotherly fights.

  4. SKL says:

You mean as an adult or as a kid? Do siblings count?

The only fight where I was physical with a non-sibling was a “forced fight” in the 8th grade. It was one of those bullying situations where basically “the group” decided that I was going to have to fight so-and-so or fight the whole group. So I thought I’d go through the motions to put it behind me. I had no desire to hit and I still had my schoolbooks in my hand when the fight was stopped, but I had flung a couple of wussy left-handed punches to pretend I was with the program. The teachers ended up punishing only the other girl, so another fight was scheduled with a bigger, stronger girl. This time I just stood there and let her beat me up, blocking only my face. I didn’t even feel like hitting back. I wasn’t angry. It was all just stupid to me. Is that weird? I lied and said that I’d hit back so that I could get suspended and avoid a third fight. Ah, those were the good old days . . . . Odd thing was that on the last day of school, that big girl came to me and apologized, so that was eye-opening.

    Yes ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Just a Mom says:

Under the age of 16, on a weekly basis. I could take just about anyone down. My mom taught me how to fight and she taught me well. I never started a fight but I made darn sure I always finished it!

  7. Ellen says:

With my sister when we were young, and once with a friend. We pulled each other’s hair, and that was it. As an adult. No, never. Too scared. Lol.

  8. Laura says:

As an adult, I once slapped someone who said something vile to me. Other than that, only as a kid. ‘Course there was one that I remember pretty well, where the town bully snuck up on me and my friend as we walked home from school. At the last minute we heard him coming (he’d beat on us before – we were in maybe 5th grade, and he was almost in hs), and my friend yelled, “NOW!!” – we both spun around, caught him by surprise, and beat the tar out of him. Me with my flute case, and her with her drumsticks. That kid never messed with us again.

  9. Laura says:

Oh, and I once punched a horse in the face because he bit me. Does that count?

  10. mssc54 says:

Not since I was in the Navy.

  11. Nikki says:

Oh god, did you really ask this question???

I fought all the time. The 1st school (yes there were many) I was kicked out of was for fighting too many times, and I was eventually escorted off the school grounds and told to never come back. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I have that fighter mentality inside me, it’s been buried deep down inside for awhile, and I try really hard to not let it come back up. Although, I’m not perfect and I am ashamed of it, it has came out as an adult. But I can honestly say now, on this day, I can’t ever see that “person” coming back. ๐Ÿ™‚
