I loved pulled pork, but there’s something about this that isn’t that appealing to me 😦 I think it’s b/c it looks like a sundae but it’s not and that just weirds me out!
I think it looks delicious. This is something I would have made the boys to eat in the car when they had baseball. They ate things out of a cup or paper bowl all the time. I’d totally buy this at a fair.
Plus you can use whatever leftover you have.

I’m amazed that this only looks good to me. Maybe because I wouldn’t eat a sundae in a million years but would eat this and I can see me trading the pork for beef because we used to be bigger beef eaters.
I think with it in the clear cup is what’s cool. If you couldn’t see the layering, what would the uniqueness of it be? Then it wouldn’t be a fun fair food. You guys just want cheese curds!
