    Mmmm I love a good sammie…and that bread looks good enough to eat by itself! I love hard crusty breads!

    It does look really really good but I’m wondering how you could make this and take some of the fat, calories and carbs out. I didn’t realize how “bad” this was for you until just now. Maybe not all the cheese??? Or should we just ignore all those facts?

      Well you and I would probably only eat half of a serving, so it’s okay!

        First off, this recipe serves 4, which means only 1 slice of ham/person, and 2 slices of cheese.

        Also, you could use skim or part-skim Mozz, which would cut some fat.

        Lose the butter. Or replace with olive oil, which won’t cut fat, but will make it “better” fat.
