When did you last have fresh flowers in your home? What was the occasion?

    October 6. Paul got them for our anniversary.

    last summer. Picked them from my flower beds.

    I dunno, I’d have to ask the flower person around here. Not too long ago, though.

    I’d say last summer also. I had the kids make an arrangement from the flowers in my gardens to give to our daycare lady since the kids weren’t going to be seeing much anymore. It turned out pretty cute so I’m going to have to do that more often!

    Last fall sometime. It was the last time my house was *truly* clean, and I’d spent an entire week scrubbing, polishing, organizing, vacuuming, washing, you name it. I bought myself some flowers to celebrate.

    Unfortunately, that lovely neatness has gone the way of those lovely blossoms…

    It’s easy to see that Ellen and mssc both live where it’s not freezing. Notice all of us it’s been since last fall.
