Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons garlic pepper seasoning
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 pounds beef sirloin tip steaks
With this recipe, you can use it as a marinade for at least one hour (over night is best) and grill the steaks.
*Or, as I am doing, make this marinade and pour over steak tips in the crock pot.
That is a good marinade, thanks Nikki!
This sounds terrific as a marinade and what you’re doing in the crock pot. I love it and am always looking for a new way to marinate our meat.
If you need to watch your salt intake, or are like me and just don’t like things real salty, use only 1/4 cup of the Worcestershire sauce. That stuff is so salty! It’s a really good marinade though, and the crock pot way was so good!
