I hope everything ends well, too, but I’m a little concerned. How did an unemployed woman who didn’t clear dog ownership with her landlord pass the screening process?
I had the same thoughts, Laura. I hope she is not given this adorable puppy the wrong food etc. OH well, we’ll see.
I can’t believe you would ask such a racist question. Clearly to leave out this woman simply because of her race would make the entire process a matter for civil rights debate.
I think giving a BLACK puppy to a WHITE woman with RED hair is the most inclusive thing that could have been done. 🙂
Heh. Funny thing is, I didn’t watch the video!! I just read the story, so I had no idea what she looked like. I must be inherently racist.
Well, I’m hoping it all goes well. I personally think this women is a very interesting character and her happiness with this pup made me smile. We saw more than just this clip. I’m thinking it’s because it’s here and I had to giggle at this woman. She looks like she has a heart of gold and will give this pup a good home. I’m sure her landlord is going to let her have it or risk public humiliation when every news crew in MPLS shows up at his buildings.
I think this is a wonderful end to such a strange almost tragic story! Makes my heart smile. 🙂
Maybe the original dog shipper orders baby chicks by mail and figured it was the same for puppies.
