What’s your favorite way to eat eggs?

    Scrambled with cheese and ham or just over hard. I don’t like runny yokes!

    I like to eat my eggs pretty much any way – Hard Boiled, Soft Boiled, Over Easy, Scrambled… Although, I hate sunny side up! YUCK! Can’t stand the running stuff…

    Over easy, I think. I also like hard-boiled and scrambled.

    When I eat them, which isn’t often, I like them over easy on a piece of toast or over hash browns.

    The same as Jason, any way but runny(sunnyside up) those runny whites remind me of snot, totally grosses me out..Sean eats them that way..YUCK!
    I loveeeeeeee eggs!

    I like omelet, with French herbs, ohhhhhh that is sooooooo good. Further a hard boiled egg with salt and pepper and, sunny side up, with ham, cheese and tomatoes..I am starting to get hungry!

    I love eggs in every way. I could eat them for supper once a week either in an omelet, scrambled, sunny side up, over easy or poached.. I love the soft runny yolks but can’t stomach if the white is runny. Paul makes the best eggs. Poached are his specialty.

    I’ve started making “egg bowls”… couple tater-tots, fried and broken up. Sprinkle in some sausage crumbles (pre-cooked, crumbled), stir together and remove to a bowl. In the same pan, scramble the egg(s) with salt & pepper. Mix them in with the potatoes and sausage, then mix in some shaved cheddar cheese. YUM. Sometimes I’ll put the mixture into a burrito wrap, and eat it on the go.

    I can’t STAND runny eggs, though. They have to be cooked through.

      That’s such a good idea. I would never have thought of doing that with tator tots.

        It’s really good, and rather quick, especially with the tots and the pre-cooked crumbles. The egg is really the only thing that you’re cooking – the others are just getting warmed. Make sure you use bacon grease (yum-o), or another kind of oil to get the tots crispy. You can also used the shaved hash browns. Pretty much any pre-cooked potatoes will do.

    This whole subject makes me want eggs for supper tonight but Paul picked steak.

    Scrambled or in omelet form which is basically the same thing though cooked without stirring.
