microwave. I love the kettle corn kind

  2. Jason says:

I don’t eat popcorn anymore, but I used to make it in the microwave

  3. Joy says:

I make it on the stove most of the time. I buy the packages of popcorn, oil/butter and seasoning all together and you get the pot hot and shake it till it all pops. This is what I buy. Every now and then I like the microwave kind.

  4. SKL says:

Neither. But I prefer it the way my dad used to make it – in an old nasty pot on top of the stove (from plain kernels and oil). I haven’t had it like that in ages.

In a pinch, I’ll make a bag of microwave – we were pleasantly surprised to find that the brand that Josh’s Pack sells is MUCH better than the regular brand that the Scouts usually sell… good thing, because I have several boxes…

But when I want really good popcorn, I pull out my Whirley Pop (yes, I’m name dropping… I love the thing!!), dump in some oil and kernels and stir until it’s done. Dump some melted butter over, stir, and add popcorn salt. Yum. Nothing beats it.

  6. Nikki says:

Microwave. I dread when I hear the popping, I can’t stand the smell. I liked popcorn until I got pregnant, then just the smell made me gag. I hoped it would pass after I wasn’t pregnant, but we’re going on 11 years and I still hate it.

    Microwave. I’m just that lazy.

  8. Phyllis says:

Mostly microwave, but when I feel nostalgic I’ll pull out the oil and bag of popcorn and do it the old way. It still tastes better that way to me, but sometimes I’m willing to settle for convience. 🙂

  9. Sue says:

Both. Trin and I like the kettle korn and we all like the old fashion popped on the stove stuff once in awhile.
