Would you rather fight heavy traffic for one hour every day-OR-commute comfortably for 2 hours on a train every day?

I did the “heavy traffic every day” thing, but it was an hour and a half – both ways. I SO would have preferred a nice, easy-going train ride, even if it was longer each way.
I’d hate to “lose” an hour though. If it weren’t an hour I’d say the train ride but I’d get impatient with that. I know you can read and stuff but I’d be thinking of reading at home in my tub or something.
I’ll probably change my mind.
I don’t like either of these answers! I hate being stuck in a car and I’m sure being on a train would make me sick. I get motion sickness very easily. But being on a train you can sleep! So I would pick that one, I think
I would have to go with the train too.
I think I’d pick the train, though I do hate to lose so much time commuting. Maybe if I could work or read a really good book, or strike up a good conversation with someone every day.
Train, for sure. You can read, think things over, or you can sleep ! 😉
I’ll fight heavy traffic to save an hour.
I think being stuck in heavy traffic is all about attitude. I used to listen to motivational tape series. One guy called it “Enrolling in Automobile University.”
And then there is the giving complete control over to a stranger thing too. 😉
